CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any chemical appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, or 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment has passed with no communication it will be marked a no show, and a cancellation/no show fee of 20% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client. I understand life happens!
