CANCELLATION POLICY

For hair cuts, being 10 or more minutes late without communication will be considered a no show. Habitual no shows will result in being banned from booking. I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any chemical appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made online with less than 48 hours' notice, or 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment has passed with no communication it will be marked a no show, and the 20% deposit of the scheduled service price is forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client. I understand life happens! In extenuating circumstances, please call or text me directly at 231-632-3244 for scheduling adjustments. Color Clients that reschedule the same appointment 3 times will be banned from online booking in the future. Habitual rescheduling creates gaps I am unable to fill on short notice.
