As the Director of Education and Rep for West Coast Blondes, I strive to create magic for each and every client, and spread #communityovercompetition in the industry. When I'm not hustling in the salon, I'm an avid outdoors-woman, hobby farmer and die hard wrestling mom.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY I completely understand that life happens and plans sometimes change! Because your appointment time is reserved just for you, a booking retainer is required for all services over $50. This amount goes toward your service total on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking retainer, and a new retainer will be required to reserve another appointment. If you’re running late, please send me a quick call or text. Arriving 10 or more minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show, and your booking retainer will be forfeited. Depending on the service and time remaining, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. I understand that everyone runs behind occasionally, but regularly arriving late affects the time available for your service and the appointments scheduled after yours. Clients who are repeatedly late may be asked to book shorter services, choose a different appointment time, or may lose future booking privileges. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-call/no-shows may also result in the loss of future booking privileges. Genuine emergencies will always be handled with understanding and at the salon’s discretion. Please call or text 231-632-3244 as soon as possible if something comes up.
